On 4 March 2015 in the frame of DEVELOR’s International Customer Experience Conference, we handed over the Best CX Project of 2014 Awards.

Nominations arrived from all over Europe. The nominations were reviewed by an independent, three-member executive jury: Csobán Horváth, Managing Director of Intersport; János Bartók, CEO of MetLife Insurance Hungary; and Botond Szirmák, CEO of Provident Financial Hungary.

On behalf of Telekom Hungary, Attila Stampf, Customer Experience Manager received the Best CX Project of 2014 Award for their Mobile Professors program. The second award went to K&H Bank, represented by Managing Director András Ábrahám, for an innovative, personalized credit counseling service also available via video conference, the Remote Lending Project. DEVELOR International decided to recognize with the Best CX Project Award the nomination received from Raiffeisen Bank International for its multi-year efforts to extend the CX culture across all Raiffeisen Bank businesses in the region.

“There were many excellent nominations this year, and we had a hard time deciding. Two decisive factors were the business impact and the measurement of project results. We hope that next year even more exciting projects will take part in the competition «- said János Bartók on behalf of the jury.
