THROUGH THIS TRAINING PROGRAM, THE PARTICIPANTS WILL UNDERSTAND the nature of conflicts, and will learn how to assess their conflicts, the impacts of those on themselves and their performance, and will also find out how to make conflict outcomes constructive.
